Interactive Dashboard to Replace Slideshow

Many questions get asked during meetings, especially with a static slide deck from PowerPoint. To more easily access the information shown on tables and graphs, Eleven Eleven created a dashboard to be used during meetings so the information presented was interactive. On top of this, you do not have to update information on the slide decks; it is automatically updated based on your DealCloud data.

This project required DealCloud calculation object creation, custom dashboards, and views with secondary objects.

Tracking Service Providers to Specific Deals

Some deals require outside providers to help sort out a deal, such as Legal Counsel, Market Study Consultants, Auditors, Executive Searches, etc. The client needed to better track the providers they used to see how much they costs, their satisfactory rating, the individual consultant used, and if they were for the buyside or sellside. This made it much easier to see which providers they liked, their pricing, and what sectors they were better for.

This project required DealCloud dashboards, reference fields, dropdown menus, and detail page curation.

Tracking Transfers to and from LP Commitments

It is common for firms to have their investors transfer investments from one Investor Vehicle to another. The client wanted to be able to track these to see how often transfers happen, keep the Fund investment amount accurate, and understand which investors are moving their investments.

This project required DealCloud object creation, cross entry and single entry calculated fields, dashboard creation/updates, and detail page creation/updates.

Relationship Scoring and Tracking

While DealCloud offers Relationship Scoring and tracking as a site add-on, this feature requires direct access to your Microsoft Exchange accounts. While very useful, this client wanted to be able to track relationships without that connection and solely off what was synced into DealCloud manually.

This project required complex calculations and references between multiple objects.

CIM Reviews and Scoring

When reviewing CIM/CIP documents, it can take a long time as many are 50+ pages. On top of that, some firms get sent 25+ of these documents per day, making it impossible to see every deal that comes to you. Our client wanted a solution to this, so we create a series of prompts for summaries and proprietary scoring, and trained the team on how to accurate use Artificial Intelligence to do so.

This project required Microsoft CoPilot, prompt curating, and team trainings.

Reminders to Team About Deals through Automations

It is very easy to forget tasks you have, especially tracking a multitude of deals coming through your pipeline. The client needed a series of automations that remind their team to enter certain data points, NDA Disclosure information, updating staffing ratings, and more. This can be used for a large variety of reminders.

This project required DealCloud automations.

Calculations Object for Goal Tracking

While DealCloud allows for some powerful statistics, there is no easy way to track high level statistics about Deals to use in unique ways, such as goal tracking. The client needed an easier and automated way to goal track based on year-to-date metrics to weigh against previous years, track sector activity, and more.

This project required calculation object creation, automations, and references on multiple objects.

Staffing Associates to Pipeline Deals

The client required an easy, efficient, and automatic way to tag Associates to deals in the pipeline. Eleven Eleven created task automations to email Associates what deals they were added to, a dashboard tracking intensity of each deal they were staffed to, and reminders after the deal was dead to enter relevant information for later use.

This project required DealCloud automations, dashboard creation, notifications, and object curation with many fields interconnected.
